Since all DevDha products are made-to-order, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellations
- Before production begins: Full refund minus payment gateway charges (if any). Contact us within 12 hours of order placement.
- After production begins: Cancellation is not possible once printing has started, as the material cost is incurred.
- Custom orders: Cancellations are not accepted once the 3D model has been approved and printing has begun.
2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered
- The product has a manufacturing defect (broken, warped, or structurally incomplete)
- The wrong product was delivered
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with photos of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-designed products made to customer specifications
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Digital products (downloads)
4. Refund Process
Once a return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
