1. Production Time

Since all products are made-to-order, production time must be added to shipping time:

• Standard products: 2–5 business days
• Custom / complex prints: 5–10 business days (confirmed at order time)
• Bulk orders: Timeline confirmed after consultation

2. Shipping Timeline

After production is complete, delivery typically takes:

• Mumbai (local): 1–2 business days
• Maharashtra: 2–3 business days
• Pan India: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000
• Orders below ₹2,000: shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• We use reputed courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

5. Packaging

All 3D printed products are carefully packaged with protective foam/bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items receive additional protective packaging.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@devdha.in or WhatsApp.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a custom quote.
