By accessing or using the DevDha website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Services

All 3D printed products offered by DevDha are made-to-order. Production begins after order confirmation and payment. Product images are representative — slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the applicable price.

3. Payment

• Orders above ₹1,000 require 100% advance payment before production begins.
• Orders below ₹1,000 may be eligible for partial advance — contact us to confirm.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, WhatsApp Pay.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and written acknowledgment from DevDha via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product cannot be manufactured to the required quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, graphics, and software are the property of DevDha and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom 3D models submitted by customers remain the property of the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

DevDha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
