Aaramban Workflow Cloud is a firm/workflow management platform we're actively building alongside the AARAMBAN team — designed to replace the patchwork of separate tools a services firm usually ends up running.
The scope is genuinely broad: client onboarding, quotation generation, and — the part that actually saves real time — once a quotation is approved, tasks are automatically generated and assigned to employees so work can start immediately instead of waiting on someone to manually hand it off. From there it covers task and case management, a client portal, invoicing, attendance tracking, payroll automation, progress trackers, and penalty management, with more features planned as development continues.
It's not trying to do one thing exceptionally — it's trying to cover the full operational surface of running a services firm, in enough depth that each piece actually holds up rather than being a shallow checkbox feature. Full case study coming once it launches.
