The Problem

AtWork India's website — a static HTML site covering their payroll, factory licensing, and labor law advisory services — was already live when DevDha came on board in February 2025. It did its job as a brochure site, but it had no way to publish anything. For a compliance firm, that's a real gap: labor law and payroll regulations change constantly, and a firm that can't demonstrate it's on top of those changes loses a credibility argument before a client conversation even starts. AtWork needed a way to publish HR and compliance insights regularly — and just as importantly, a way to make sure the people who'd already trusted them with their contact details actually saw a new post the moment it went live, instead of the content quietly sitting on a page hoping to be found.

The Solution

Roughly a year to sixteen months into the relationship, we built a full blog admin panel in PHP and layered it directly onto the existing HTML site — without needing to rebuild what was already working. The admin panel lets the AtWork team write, edit, and publish posts themselves, no developer involvement required for day-to-day content. The part that actually matters for a compliance firm sits underneath that: every time a post goes live, the system automatically emails their subscriber list. There's no separate "send newsletter" step, no marketing team remembering to loop back — publishing a post is the distribution mechanism.

Since launch, we've stayed on as the team handling ongoing maintenance and bug fixes for the site — keeping it running rather than handing it off and disappearing.

Why It Matters

"We post updates" is a hollow claim if nobody sees the updates when it counts. Turning every blog post into an automatic touchpoint with an existing audience — instead of content that has to be stumbled upon — is the difference between a blog that looks good in a portfolio and one that actually does something for the business running it.
