SH Gifting — In-Browser PDF Catalog Viewer

The Problem

SH Gifting's product range — Diwali hampers, corporate gifting, festival collections — lived entirely in PDF catalogs. The only way to share that range with a customer was sending a stack of separate PDF files, usually over WhatsApp. Anyone who's tried sharing more than two or three files over WhatsApp on mobile knows how quickly that turns into a mess of downloads, mixed-up filenames, and a customer who gives up halfway through.

The Solution

We built SH Gifting a website that hosts their full catalog range directly. The PDFs live on the hosting plan and the site fetches them on request — a customer can open the site, browse straight to the collection they want, and view or download the catalog right there, with no back-and-forth file sharing required. It's deliberately not an over-engineered website — the goal was removing friction, not adding a feature-heavy platform SH Gifting would have to manage.

Why It Matters

The gap this closes isn't glamorous, but it's real: the difference between a customer who's mildly curious and a customer who actually looks through your full range often comes down to how many taps it takes to get there. Cutting that down to "open a link" instead of "download eight separate files" is a small technical change with a direct effect on how many people actually see the catalog.
