Nexa Car Care — Booking Website & Invoicing Admin
A booking website plus an invoice system that generates PDF invoices and emails them straight to the client — completed June 2026.
The Problem
Nexa Car Care brings car detailing and maintenance to the customer's own parking spot instead of requiring a workshop visit — which meant two real needs: a booking flow simple enough that someone can book a slot in under a minute, and an actual way to invoice memberships and one-off services without doing it by hand every time.
The Solution
We built a booking website covering Nexa's membership plans and à la carte services — dash cam installation, GPS trackers, stereo systems, tyre fitting, electrical work, and more — plus a basic invoice generation system with its own admin panel. When an invoice is generated, it's exported as a PDF and emailed directly to the client, with no manual step for the Nexa team beyond confirming the job is done.
Why It Matters
Small local service businesses usually land on one of two extremes: an expensive, over-featured invoicing SaaS they don't need, or no system at all — just WhatsApp messages and a notebook. Nexa now has something scoped exactly to what they actually do, with the invoice-to-inbox step handled automatically instead of manually.
